Quimex S.A. is the distributor of Waukesha Engine in several African countries*. We supply Waukesha gas engines, generator sets and OEM spare parts at very competitive prices. We assist on projects from small cogeneration installations to large power plants.

Quimex S.A. is the Altronic distributor for Africa, excluding Egypt. Since late 2007, we have also been appointed exclusive distributors for Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Chechnya, Estonia, Georgia, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Latvia, Lithuania, Uzbekistan, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, Ukraine and Turkey.

Altronic equipment is used on all major US gas engine makes. We offer an excellent ignition & controls retrofit program, with the supervision of qualified engineers on slow to high speed units. Clients include Elf, Shell, Chevron (Cabinda Gulf Oil co).

Quimex S.A. is the GTI distributor for Africa. Since late 2007, Quimex is also the exclusive master distributor for GTI in Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Turkmenistan, Azerbaijan, Ukraine and Belarus. GTI, an independent 100% part of Altronic Controls, offers bi fuel conversion systems for diesel engines. This allows diesel engines to run on 40% diesel and 60% gas. Customers include many industrial customer using diesel generator sets such as  Michelin, First Aluminum, 7UP Bottling Company, etc.

Quimex S.A. is an authorized distributor for Dresser-Rand high-speed reciprocating gas compressors (VIP, HOS, RDS, CUBE, KOCE, etc...)

Quimex S.A. is the distributor for Exterran Turbo (part of Exterran) in Africa, Europe, Middle East & CIS. Universal Turbo provides services Including remanufacturing complete gear driven blowers and turbochargers, component repair, complete unit exchanges and manufacturing of new parts and complete turbochargers.

Quimex S.A. is part of Exterran and responsible, in Europe, Africa, CIS, parts of the Middle East and Central Asia for After Market Services of 3rd party owned engines and compressors for Exterran in those countries where Exterran does not have a permanent operation. Exterran is one of the world’s largest gas compression companies, with extensive compressor packaging capabilities and after market support of mainly US manufactured gas engines.

Quimex S.A. is the Stitt distributor for Africa (Excl. Egypt). As such, we supply Stitt spark plugs at very attractive prices.

TRABON, MANZEL Quimex S.A. is the Lubriquip distributor for Africa. Lubriquip is specialized in lubrication systems such as multipoint lubrication systems, automatic lubrication controllers, spray lubrication systems, compressor and gas engine lubrication failure protection systems and conveyor chain and wheel lubrication systems.

Quimex S.A. is an authorized distributor for Air-X-Changers, one of the industry leaders in Engine and Compressor Cooling.

Engineered Filtration:

Quimex S.A. is the Perry Equipment Corporation (Peco) distributor for Africa, excluding Egypt and South Africa. PECO provides the oil, gas, petrochemical, chemical, industrial and power markets with engineered solutions in filtration and separation technologies.

Others:

Quimex S.A. is the exclusive Windrock distributor for Europe, Africa, Middle East and the countries: Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Turkmenistan, Kyrgyzstan, and Tajikistan. Windrock designs and manufactures monitoring and diagnostic instruments, software, sensors, and systems for reciprocating machinery.

Quimex S.A is the Kenco distributor for Africa. Kenco is specialized in liquid level gauges, oil level controllers, flow meters, preventing lubrication failure systems for engine and compressor cylinders.
